I had a great apartment located on the main square. It was very large and well-furnished, with a fully functioning kitchen and a separate toilet. The staff at the hotel were helpful and professional. The location was perfect, with numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. I would recommend this hotel.

Very good breakfast included along with 2 fine restaurants in the hotel. Beautifully appointed rooms.
Room close to a club made for noise until late in the night.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Zlaty Andel. Particularly how clean and large our room was!! Service at the front counter was friendly and very helpful.
The only difficulty is that the room was near the square and the noise from revelers on the street lasted until nearly 5:00am. Because there was no fan or air conditioning in the room, it was impossible to close the windows to help shut out the noise.

Great location right in the heart of everything! It's so convenient, close to all the sights and the main square where they even have a Christmas Market 🎄.

The hotel is fairly clean and wonderful, offers particularly good and fab location near to all the sightseeings. The venue has impressive and spacious rooms with utensils and bathroom, for instance. The staff are helpful and I liked their attitude. The food is delicious and perfect. Thanks for the great stay.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of the city, as we were close to the buzzing city squares and the old town shops. Our room was grand and luxurious with a spacious bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet had a great range of options. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, and we enjoyed the facilities provided for our comfort.
The hotel lacked soundproof windows and could be noisy at times.

The hotel was situated in the center of Cesky krumlo. Other than the location, I would say it was over-rated. The breakfast selection was also good.
I picked this hotel based on the number of good reviews on it, but was very disappointed by the quality of the room. The hotel also have an restaurant/ bar, which makes it extremely hard at night to sleep due to the noise and music from the restaurant. The shocking part was the noise continued on until 3-4:00 in the morning! I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable and quiet room to rest.

Excellent location, out weighs the negatives
Beds not good, can feel the springs, requested additional doonas, to put over the mattress. Lots of stairs when carrying luggage.

Had a great stay during new year’s at this hotel. The breakfast selection was delicious and plentiful, and the staff was polite and accommodating. Location was perfect for exploring the city's historic sites and attractions with ease. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds that provided an excellent night's sleep.
The hotel lacked proper soundproofing which resulted in some noise disturbance during the night from outside and other guests. the heating in the room was not functioning properly which made the room quite chilly at times.

The city is very nice and the hotel is very central. Relatively quiet. Breakfast offered nice cakes.
Bathroom very disappointing. Bathtub was broken first night. Could not remove water, Just fill in. Once they fixed it, the second day, the shower was broken and almost no water came out. To take a shower, you have to sit on the bathtub because the shower is below the roof and you can not stand upright in the shower. We had a room on second floor, no elevator and about 6 flights to move up there. No help offered to carry our large luggage. In the room, there was absolutely no wifi. Even if it says free wifi. It worked only in the lobby or in the restaurants. Our room had windows from which we could see only to a wall that was two feet away. No view or sunlight at all. Parking far away from hotel. There was a free shuttle to take us there after check out. We had to wait 15 minutes and the driver behaved disappointed when not tipping. Overall, I feel I have paid more then triple of what we got as a service in this hotel.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I couldn't have been more impressed. The location of this place is absolutely perfect, right in the center of the city. It made it so convenient to explore all the attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my every need was met. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the attention to detail in the decor, it made me feel like I was staying in a true luxury establishment.
I have to mention that the pillow in the room was a bit too soft for my liking, but that was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.
